The goal of Phase 2 is to “Embed Core Skills” based of the Coerver Pyramid of Player Development (specifically the Ball Mastery, 1v1 Attacking & Defending and Finishing). The focus is one the individual development of players within the program.
Phase 3: Team is designed for players 12-16 years old. The goal of Phase 3 is increase a player’s awareness & ability to “Attack & Defend” within a team set up. The focus in this phase is heavily weighted on Receiving & Passing, Coerver Rondos, Coerver Small Sided Games and how players translate their individual skills into becoming a dynamic team player.
