Refund and Cancellation Policy
All refunds and cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $ 20. Refunds will be given up to 2 weeks before the start of the camp or clinic.
Refunds less then 2 weeks will be 50% of the total cost.
After the start of the camp or clinic no refunds will be given.
If an attendee has an injury prior to the start of a camp and a medical note can be produced a full refund will be given minus the processing fee.
All policies are subject to change.
No refunds will be given due to a class being cancelled due to inclement weather.
